Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Tenuta Monteluce, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to give our guests flexibility while allowing us to manage reservations responsibly.
Booking Deposit
- 25%deposit is required to secure your accommodation booking.
- 75%remaining balance is payable 30 days before your arrival date.
- 100%of the booking amount is payable at the time of booking for reservations made within 30 days of arrival.
Cancellation by the Guest
We offer the following cancellation terms for accommodation bookings:
Cancellation requests must be made in writing by email. The cancellation date will be the date on which the written cancellation request is received by Tenuta Monteluce.
Changes to Your Booking
We understand that sometimes you may need to change your travel dates.
Where possible, Tenuta Monteluce will endeavour to accommodate changes to your booking, subject to availability. If alternative dates are available, we will do our best to transfer your booking to those dates.
Any difference in the accommodation price will be payable by the guest. If the alternative dates are of lower value, any refund will be considered in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Date changes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
No-Shows & Early Departure
If a guest does not arrive for their booked stay and has not contacted Tenuta Monteluce in advance, the booking will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be provided.
If a guest chooses to leave before the end of their confirmed stay, no refund will be provided for unused nights.
Cancellation by Tenuta Monteluce
In the unlikely event that Tenuta Monteluce is unable to provide the accommodation booked, we will contact the guest as soon as possible.
Where possible, we will offer alternative accommodation or alternative dates. If a suitable alternative cannot be agreed, the guest will receive a full refund of all payments made to Tenuta Monteluce for the affected booking.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that serious and unexpected circumstances can sometimes affect travel plans.
Where exceptional circumstances arise, Tenuta Monteluce may, at its discretion, offer a date change, booking credit or partial/full refund outside of the standard cancellation terms.
Any such arrangement will be considered on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all guests arrange appropriate travel insurance before travelling to Tenuta Monteluce, including cover for cancellation, travel interruption and other unforeseen circumstances.
By completing a booking, guests confirm that they have read and accepted these accommodation cancellation and refund terms.
