Exclusive founding year rates. €695 (Standard Room) / €895 (Premium En-Suite) per 30 nights — pro-rated for any stay length. Rates are based on one person in one room; two guests sharing pay 20% more for the stay.

A 25% deposit secures your stay. The remaining balance is due 30 days before you arrive.
Living here
Everything you need, kept simple.
The rate covers your room, fast Wi-Fi and the estate's shared facilities. Cook for yourself in the commercial kitchen, do your laundry when it suits you — and if you'd like a lift from the airport, just ask when you book.
Commercial kitchen
A full commercial kitchen for residents to cook their own meals. Meals aren't provided — the kitchen is yours to use, and there are plenty of local places to eat.
Laundry room
A shared laundry room on the estate, so packing light is easy on long stays.
Shared spaces
All spaces outside your private room are shared with other residents — kitchen, laundry, workspaces and social areas.
Airport transfers
Transfers from Naples or Salerno are an optional extra. Request one when you book your stay and we'll confirm the details and price with you.
