- Exclusive hire includes guest accommodation and designated guest areas — not unrestricted access to working agricultural areas.
- The estate remains a working vineyard; essential vineyard operations and maintenance access continue during your stay.
- Catering and private chef services are optional extras, arranged and confirmed separately.
- Daily housekeeping is not automatically included but can be arranged on request.
- Airport transfers from Naples or Salerno are available by arrangement.
- Weddings and large events require separate approval and quotation — please see our Weddings page.
- Maximum occupancy and house rules apply to every exclusive-hire stay.
- Cancellation and payment terms are supplied and agreed before your booking is confirmed.
